Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife, Kim, and their two grown children. He is an avid fan of Wisconsin sports and also enjoys playing disc golf in his free time.

Felix Sosa is a master craftsman with over 20 years of hands-on experience in all areas of stone fabrication. He has worked his way through everything from fabrication and template layouts to operating bridge saws, CNC machines, and handling materials like Dekton and porcelain. He takes pride in being a strong shop leader who truly understands the work from the ground up.

Originally from Cuba, Felix is guided by honesty, loyalty, and a strong commitment to family. He is married to his wife, Leisy, and together they are raising their two kids, Mathew and Emma, who are at the center of everything he does.

Outside of work, Felix enjoys baseball, fishing, and spending time in nature.

Kelsie plays a key role in coordinating scheduling, streamlining processes, and ensuring each project runs efficiently from start to finish. Since joining the team in 2023, she has contributed to maintaining organized workflows, supporting consistent project execution, and delivering a high level of service to every client.

With a strong customer-focused mindset, Kelsie works across multiple areas of the business — anticipating needs, addressing challenges proactively, and keeping projects on track with accuracy and attention to detail. Her approach balances efficiency and accountability with a commitment to a smooth, positive experience throughout each stage of the process.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and has a special appreciation for the area's beautiful waterways and coastal lifestyle.

With over a decade of experience at the company, Yarelis Barrientos is a sales and estimating professional in the stone fabrication industry.

She specializes in developing accurate project estimates, building strong client relationships, and guiding projects from initial inquiry through contract execution. Her long-standing commitment and in-depth knowledge of the company's processes contribute to consistent, high-quality results and a seamless client experience.

Outside of work, Yarelis values spending quality time with her husband, Anier, as they build their family. She enjoys creating a warm and peaceful home environment, with a love for neutral décor and thoughtful details. Yarelis also appreciates meaningful moments with family and looks forward to this new and exciting chapter in her life.

Marcos Aleman brings five years of versatile experience to our team, with a career built on the front lines of finance, hospitality, and SaaS. Outside of work, Ben is a big fan of Wisconsin sports — especially the Packers — and enjoys spending time at the beach, visiting craft breweries, and playing cornhole or disc golf.

Sara LaFave has a professional background in education, having served as an art teacher where she cultivated strong skills in creativity, communication, and the encouragement of individual expression. Her experience in the classroom enhanced her ability to engage with diverse perspectives while effectively balancing structure and adaptability in project management.

She is currently pursuing studies in interior design, building upon her artistic foundation while developing expertise in spatial planning and aesthetic composition. This career transition reflects her commitment to creating environments that are both functional and visually compelling.
